Please place orders via the online shopping carts and await our confirmation on stock availability and delivery. We will contact you either by email or phone.

Minimum purchase values for delivery

Hong Kong Island: Free delivery if over $800* net, $60 delivery fee for purhase over $500* net
Kowloon: Free delivery if over $800* net, $60 delivery fee for purhase over $500* net
New Territories**: Free delivery if over $800* net, $60 delivery fee for purhase over $500* net
Discovery Bay / outlying islands: Please contact us for details.

 * Minimum purchase values are net purchases excluding stamp cards, coupons or any discounts. For instance, if a customer has 10 stamps and wants to use it for $100 off, s/he must buy $900 in order to make use of the delivery service and so on. It refers to the final net value that a customer is required to pay.

New service – delivery by courier!

For any net purchase of non-food items over HK$100, you can enjoy delivery service by courier for free (To CBD and major business areas in Hong Kong as defined by the courier company).

* The following weight and size limit applies：

Weight limit: First 2kg – free; every extra kg thereafter – HK$10

Size limit: 40 x 30 x 20 cm；exceeding 40 x 30 x 20 cm，additional HK$10；60 x 30 x 60 cm or over –deemed as 2 orders (i.e. HK$20)。

Delivery policies

We encourage our customers to collect the goods by themselves.

Due to surging fuel and labour costs, our staff are required to strictly enforce the following policies:

1. We usually deliver Tuesday and Thursday. Bookings for deliveries cut off by Monday and Wednesday noon/ afternoon, depending on the number of bookings.
2. If bookings are full, the delivery will be shifted to the next delivery day whether or not it is placed before the cut-off time.
3. All payments must be settled at the time of delivery.
4. Please prepare exact change on delivery. If change is required, please inform our staff in advance.
5. Our colleagues will contact you to agree on a delivery time. Should the customer miss the delivery without notice (which should be made at least one day prior to the delivery day), the customer will be deemed to have used the delivery service.
   There are two options regarding the disposal of the order:
   
   • The customer can come to the shop in person to collect the order;
   • The customer can pay an extra $50 delivery fee to arrange for a second delivery;
   • We are not able to process orders from the same customer and/ or delivered to the same premises until the order in question is picked up or delivered.
6. If no elevator service is available for premises, we will additionally charge a delivery fee of HK$3 per storey per kg. All delivery fees shall be paid to the delivery staff directly. No receipt will be provided.
7. If typhoon signal No. 8 (or above) or black rainstorm signal is in force, delivery will be postponed to a later date without further notice. In case delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of Little Giant or not.

Payment method

All customers are required to settle payment in cash upon delivery.

Overseas Customers

The minimum purchase values for delivery and delivery policies for local customers also apply to overseas customers.

New service – Free overseas delivery & waiver of credit card surcharge！

For any overseas orders of supplements over HK$5,000 net, you can now enjoy free delivery (certain liquid supplements and probiotics may incur a partial delivery fee. Please email us to enquire.).

Good news for those who have been paying by the “overseas credit card authorization form”! Other than free delivery, we will also absorb the credit card surcharge for you, by giving you the same number of stamps  as you would have received in person in our shop. Sit back and enjoy free delivery to your door!

Placing orders

As for overseas/ Mainland Chinese customers, please place orders via the online shopping cart. If you have problems locating products you can email us at info@littlegianthk.com. There are certain products that we have not put on the website such as various nutritional supplements catering for Autism Spectrum Disorder. Please add your request in the remarks column of the order check out form after you have chosen your other products online.

Freight services

In our experience, if customers require freight services, it is advisable that they place larger orders to bring down the average freight cost.

Our staff will contact you by email regarding stock availability and shipping. All international shipping charges are based on actual cost incurred. We will confirm shipping rates during order confirmation. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Little Giant cannot be held responsible for any import duties imposed at your country customs.

Payment method

All overseas payments are made via cash, credit cards or cheques. Goods will be shipped only upon full payment.

RETURN POLICY

1. Products are non-refundable after sale.
2. Products are exchangeable within 7 days only.
3. Please check your chilled / frozen products carefully. They are non-returnable once sold.
4. No return or exchange for any goods with packaging that have been opened or used.
5. Returns or exchanges will only be allowed when there is an intrinsic defect with the product.
6. Shipping charges incurred in returns / exchanges will be borne solely by customers.
7. Customers are strongly advised to check the conditions of the products before they leave our premises. Little Giant cannot be held responsible for any complaints afterwards.
8. For copyright reasons, books, toys etc. are strictly non-refundable. 

In case of any disputes, Little Giant reserves the right to make the final decision.
